The TESC-2983 Thermoelectric Sample Conditioner is a cutting-edge solution designed for low-temperature viscosity testing of lubricants, aligning with ASTM D2983 Procedure D, ASTM D8210, and DIN 51398 standards. Its innovative features include a user-friendly touch encoder, allowing for simple operation without a PC, and precise temperature control (from -40°C to +90°C). This compact, energy-efficient unit consumes only 300 W, conserving bench space while reducing energy use.

The eco-friendly design uses Peltier thermoelectric cooling, eliminating hazardous bath fluids. The enclosed insulated chamber minimizes external temperature influence. With pre-developed test programs for common lubricants like gear oil and ATF, the TESC-2983 streamlines testing, reduces variability, and provides unsurpassed precision. Additionally, it incorporates the advanced Brookfield® DV2T rotational viscometer with a color touchscreen interface, simplifying viscometer head positioning and USB data export. The unit’s versatility extends to various fluid applications, such as torque and tractor fluids, industrial lubricants, and automotive hydraulic oils.
