Oxidation Apparatus for Distillate Fuel Oil
The Oxidation Characteristics Determination Apparatus is designed for precise testing of distillate fuel oils in compliance with ASTM D2274, IP 388, and ISO 4263 standards. Housed in a durable benchtop steel case, it features an aluminum thermostatic block with positions for four, eight, or twelve oxidation cells, each fitted with dedicated flow control. Models are available with variable-area flowmeters or mass flow controllers. Stainless steel electric heaters and a microprocessor-based thermoregulator ensure stable temperature control from ambient to 150 °C, displayed on a clear digital interface. An integrated water dispenser supports condenser refrigeration. Optional versions include a touch-screen Panel PC for real-time monitoring and data recording. Operating on 220 V, the system delivers accuracy, reliability, and flexibility for modern laboratory fuel oxidation testing applications.
