The Smoke Point Lamp is designed for precise smoke point testing of aviation turbine fuels and kerosene, in accordance with ASTM D1322 standards. It evaluates combustion quality by measuring the maximum flame height achievable without smoking.

The lamp features a brass body with a chimney, a 0–50 mm black glass scale with white markings, a plated door with a curved glass window, and a brass candle with a wick tube and air vent. Mounted on a sturdy cast iron base with an aluminum support rod, it ensures controlled conditions for reliable fuel testing in aviation and similar applications.
