Manual Pensky Martens Flash Point tester
The Pensky Martens Flash Point tester, compliant with ASTM D 93, IP 34, and ISO 2719 standards, is a manual benchtop device designed for precision in measuring flash points. It features an enamel-finished steel case, a cast iron stove with electric heating, and a stainless steel shield. Key components include a digital temperature display with 0.1°C accuracy, a gas ignitor, an electric stirrer (100 or 250 rpm), and a voltage regulator. Unique to this model is an electric fan for rapid cooling post-test. The apparatus includes a Pt100 probe for temperature measurement, a brass oil cup with an insulating handle, and a lid with a flame dipping mechanism. The voltage/heating regulator is conveniently located on the front panel.
