Determining the Ignition Temperature of Petroleum Products

The ignition temperature determination apparatus is designed for testing the auto-ignition temperature of flammable liquids and gases, compliant with standards DIN 51794, EN 80079-20-1, and EN 14522. It features a stainless steel furnace with corrosion protection and type K thermocouples for precise temperature control and measurement. The furnace uses high-quality insulation and a PID controller for temperature regulation, ensuring an accuracy of ±0.3% full span ±1 digit. The apparatus operates on either 110 or 230 VAC.

Additional options include a third temperature circuit with an isolated, Inconel®-shielded type K thermocouple for furnace temperature testing, a top cover plate assembly with a thermocouple and 200ml glass flask, and a hand-operated bulb pump. Custom design accessories are also available. For data registration, the device offers a USB output compatible with the external ANKO ReqTemp® program. This comprehensive setup ensures reliable and accurate determination of ignition temperatures for various flammable substances.
