Automatic Freezing point tester of antifreeze liquids
This benchtop apparatus is designed for the precise determination of the freezing point of antifreeze liquids, in correlation with ASTM D1177 standard. It effectively simulates manual methods while utilizing an infrared sensor for accurate optical detection of the freezing point.
Equipped with an 8.4” touchscreen, the device ensures user-friendly operation, easy sensor calibration, and efficient data management. It can cool samples down to -120°C using an eco-friendly Stirling cooling system that is free of CFC and HCFC gases. The apparatus includes a 75 ml glass sample container, an electric stirrer, and a Pt100 RTD temperature sensor with an impressive accuracy of ±0.1°C.
Additional features include USB and Ethernet ports for seamless connectivity, along with software that supports various testing methods and modern quality control routines.
