Automatic Freeze point tester
The Freezing Point Automatic Tester with Integrated Cooling is a compact, stand-alone unit designed for precise freezing point analysis in compliance with ASTM D 2386, IP 16, ISO 3013, and DIN 51421 standards. The equipment simulates the manual methods, utilizing an IR sensor for the optical detection of the freezing point.
The device features an 8.4” touch screen for easy operation, sensor calibration, and data management. It cools samples down to -120°C using a Stirling cooling system, free of CFC/HCFC gases. The tester includes an insulated metal jacket, a glass sample container, a Pt100 RTD temperature sensor with ±0.1°C accuracy, and a 75 rpm electric stirrer. Connectivity options include two USB ports and one Ethernet port for integration with printers and LIMS. The innovative design and comprehensive software ensure reliable and accurate test results.
