Automatic Cloud and Pour Point tester
The automatic Cloud and Pour Point tester is a stand-alone benchtop unit with integrated cooling, designed to comply with ASTM D2500, D97, IP 219, IP 15, ISO 3015, and ISO 3016 standards. It features a thermally insulated jacket and a glass sample container for accurate measurements. The apparatus includes an 8.4” touch screen interface for control, data retrieval, and calibration.
It operates between +55 to -120°C using a Stirling cooling compressor and provides precise temperature readings with an accuracy of ±0.1°C. The unit supports optical cloud point detection and micro thermal pour point detection with a motorized arm. Connectivity options include USB, RS-232, and Ethernet ports for printers and network integration.
