Apparatus for Oxidation stability of mineral insulating oils
The Oxidation Stability Apparatus is a compact benchtop instrument designed to evaluate the oxidation stability of mineral insulating oils in accordance with ASTM D2440, IEC 61125, EN 61125, and IP 280, 306, and 307 standards. Housed in a durable enamel-coated steel cabinet, the instrument features an aluminum dry-block bath available with 4, 8, or 12 test positions.
Upon request, a bath configuration compliant with the IP 48 standard can also be supplied.
Each position is equipped with an independent electronic mass flow controller for precise, consistent airflow managed through an 8.4-inch touchscreen interface. Stainless steel heaters, high-efficiency insulation, and microprocessor temperature control with a Pt100 RTD probe ensure uniform heating. A digital display and accessible control box enhance usability. The unit operates on 220V, 50/60Hz power, with model-dependent size, weight, and consumption.
