The Automated Abel Closed Cup Flash Point Tester (ABL-8afc / ABL-8lfc) from Tanaka, a leader in automated flash point testers since 1966, offers an ergonomic, versatile, robust, and safe solution for petroleum laboratories. The intuitive interface features color-coordinated displays and switches, while a USB port, password protection, and enhanced data storage ensure flexibility. With temperature ranges from +10℃ to +110℃ for the abl-8a and -30℃ to +110℃ for the abl-8l (with an optional chiller), these testers are ideal for flammable and combustible materials. They support ISO 13736, IP 170, ISO 1516, and ISO 1523 standards, with gas flame or electric coil ignition sources. A PT-100 temperature sensor and CRC thermocouple flash detector provide accurate measurements. The compact design measures 230 x 470 x 390 mm and weighs 19 kg, suitable for any lab setting.
